Overview

Speed to Lead is the core lead management system for any enquiry where staff will make a personal call. It combines manual calling with automated SMS and email at every stage, so no lead goes cold through inaction. The same pipeline stage structure applies to every department — Membership, Society, Weddings, Events, and more.

Every client gets Speed to Lead across all active department pipelines at go-live.

QA Checklist

  • Auto-reply fires immediately on New Lead
  • Salesperson is assigned correctly
  • Task created: call within 5 minutes
  • SMS fires when card moves to Attempted Contact 1
  • Email fires at Attempted Contact 1
  • 48-hour follow-up task created
  • Overdue reminder fires if task not completed
  • Same pattern confirmed for Attempted Contact 2 and 3
  • Reply detection tested — lead auto-moves to In Contact (Warm)
  • Staff notification fires on reply
  • All copy approved by client before go-live
