Overview
The Renewal Communications sequence sends a series of emails to members ahead of their membership renewal date. It reminds them to renew, handles non-responders, and confirms renewal on completion. The sequence is designed for both annual and rolling membership models.
When to deploy: Phase 3 — when the renewal process is confirmed with the client.

QA Checklist
- Trigger the sequence with a dummy contact
- Confirm reminders fire at the correct intervals
- Confirm the sequence stops when the member renews
- Confirm non-renewal follow-up task is created for staff
