New Member Onboarding Sequence

Overview
The New Member Onboarding Sequence is a short automated email series sent to new members in the days after they join. It welcomes them, introduces key facilities, and collects their preferences via the Member Preferences form. It is triggered when a staff member submits the Internal New Member Form on approval.
When to deploy: Phase 2 — when the client is ready to automate new member communications.
Client Variables

QA Checklist
- Trigger the sequence using a dummy contact via the Internal New Member Form
- Confirm all emails send in the correct order with correct delays
- Confirm sender name and email address are correct
- Confirm the preferences form link works
- Confirm the sequence stops if the contact unsubscribes
