Internal New Member Form

This workflow is pre-built in the GHL Master Snapshot. Do not build it from scratch. Deployment steps are managed via the client's ClickUp task list.

Overview

The Internal New Member Form is filled in by staff — not the new member — once a membership application has been approved by the board or committee. Submitting this form is what triggers the automated new member onboarding sequence. It is never embedded on the club website.

When to deploy: Phase 2 — deploy alongside the New Member Onboarding Sequence.
