Overview
The Monthly Member Newsletter is a regular email sent to all active members. The template is pre-built with four sections: club news, upcoming events, a spotlight section, and a new members welcome. Sections 1-3 are updated by club staff each month. Section 4 (new members) can be automated from CRM data or curated manually.
When to deploy: Phase 2 — when the client confirms they want to send a monthly newsletter.

QA Checklist
- Send a test email to James and at least one dummy email address
- Confirm club logo displays correctly
- Confirm all four section blocks render correctly on desktop and mobile
- Confirm Section 4 pulls correct new member data (or placeholder is clearly marked if manual)
- Confirm unsubscribe link is present and functional
- Confirm the Active Members smart list is pulling the correct contacts
- Get client sign-off on the template before any live send
