Overview
The Membership Enquiry Form captures interest from prospective members and feeds them directly into the Membership pipeline at New Lead. Speed to Lead fires immediately. This is separate from the Membership Application Form — it is for early-stage interest, not formal applications.
When to deploy: Phase 1 — at go-live for clubs where membership growth is a priority.
