Overview
The Contact Us form sits on the club's website and routes inbound enquiries to the correct department pipeline in GHL. On submission, the contact receives an instant confirmation email and the relevant staff member receives an alert. Speed to Lead fires automatically.
Every client gets this form at go-live without exception.
When to deploy: Phase 1 — always, at go-live.
