Member Birthday Summary

Overview
The Member Birthday Summary sends an internal email to the GM (or relevant staff member) listing members whose birthday is coming up in the next 7 or 30 days. It allows the club to personally acknowledge member birthdays — a small but effective retention touch.
When to deploy: Phase 3 — when the club has date of birth data in the system or has agreed to collect it.

QA Checklist
- Confirm the summary sends to the correct recipient
- Confirm only contacts with upcoming birthdays appear
- Confirm the date range is correct (7-day or 30-day window)
